4. Link Ownership and Responsibility

GoBly does not control or monitor the destination URLs and is not responsible for their content.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to GoBly. The service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

6. Link Expiration

Short links created through GoBly are intended to be permanent. However, we reserve the right to deactivate or delete links that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Are reported for abuse
• Pose security or legal risks

7. Rate Limiting

To prevent abuse, we may implement rate limiting on link creation. Excessive use may result in temporary or permanent restrictions.

8. No Registration, No Accounts

GoBly does not require registration. You do not own an "account" with us. All links are publicly accessible via their slugs, so choose your custom slugs accordingly.

The GoBly brand, logo, design, and code are the intellectual property of GoBly. You may not use our branding without permission.

You retain ownership of the URLs you shorten. By using our service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and redirect those URLs.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
